Monday, October 18th, is the DEADLINE for the Board of Elections to receive your Absentee Applications by E-Mail, Fax, Mail, or Online Portal.
If you have not already submitted your application, you have until the strike of MIDNIGHT to use the Absentee Application Portal before it closes (https://absenteeballot.elections.ny.gov/).
After October 18th, all Absentee Applications through November 1st must be submitted in person over-the-counter. Absentee ballots can be released to the voter or the voter's designated recipient.
