Summer Hours: Now through August 31st

The Board of Elections will follow the rest of Broome County Government with a switch to summer hours for our regular business day. The office will be open 8am-4pm weekdays through August 31st.

The Board will stay open until 5pm on the following days with a filing deadline to meet New York State requirements:

• July 9-12 Designating Petition Filings

• August 14-17 Independent Petition Filings

• August 20-21 Independent Petition Filings

Office Closed 5/28: In Observance of Memorial Day

Memorial Day is more than the unofficial start of summer, it's a day to celebrate, honor, and remember those who gave their lives for our county.

The Broome County Board of Elections office will be closed on Monday, May 28th in observence of Memorial Day.

We will reopen Tuesday. May 29th at 8am.
