Broome County Board of Elections

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Broome County Election Day worker. ​It takes roughly 600 workers to staff an election in Broome County.

Those that work at Poll Sites in Broome County are called either Poll Inspectors or Poll Workers, with one of those assigned at each poll site deemed an Inspector Chairperson.

If you are new or haven't worked in the past two years, be sure to have filled out the Become A Poll Worker Form prior to taking training.
