The Broome County Board of Elections welcomes two new Commissioners of Elections.
At Thursday's Broome County Legislature Meeting, former Broome County Legislator Daniel D. Reynolds of Vestal became the new Democratic Commissioner, and local attorney Mark E. Smith of Binghamton, was given legislative approval as the new Republican Commissioner.
The Board Elections would like to thank previous Commissioners Phil Grommet and Oliver Blaise for their years of service as each pursues other opportunities.
