The Broome County Board of Elections has a new Democratic Commissioner, as Philip K. Grommet took the Oath of Office from County Clerk Rick Blythe during the Broome County Legislature's Meeting on Thursday, February 16th. He replaces John Perticone, who resigned after three terms and serving 12 years as Commissioner.
Grommet is an attorney with Levene, Gouldin & Thompson, currently sits on the Broome County Democratic Committee, and is a past President of the Broome County Young Democrats.
